You know the climate of the polar region is very different from that of the equatorian region. The different intensity of the solar radiation is responsible for that. Along the same degree ot latitude this intensity is alike.

If you are going along the 27°N degree of latitude for example, than you will come by these towns: Dibrugarh, Kathmandu, Laredo and In Salah.
