Unit 4
Gases in our atmosphere

There are thousands of gases in the troposphere, the layer of the atmosphere next to the ground. We learned about the most important species.

Some of them are evenly spread over the world, some depend very much on local sources and conditions, also on the daytime. In this unit we give a short overview how gases in our atmosphere can be characterised.
